2024 Colluvial "Blanc de Noir" Sta. Rita Hills
"The 2024 Blanc de Noir still Pinot Noir is vinified off the skins, similar the method used in Champagne minus the bubbles. The wine retains aromatic vibrancy, creamy concentration, briny and mineral undertones which are hallmarks of the regions "terroir" and proximity to the Pacific Ocean. Growing up in the island of Puerto Rico this wine reminds me of the ocean's "Rocio Del Mar" or sea spray". Fernando Fernandez, Winemaker
